Photos From The Day
From Owreagh river bridge we will follow the waymark signs of the Lomanagh Loop. There will be an opportunity to challenge yourself on unmarked sections to enjoy a high picnic in the mountain on the shore of Slievenashaska Lough, also named Fiddle Lake.
As the second part of the walk is off trail it can be a little bit challenging in wet conditions. So, walking boots are essential and it’s recommended to bring a walking pole.
This will be a moderate B walk taking in some lovely views along the way overlooking the
Kenmare River and Coomcallee mountain.
