Leaving 10am from Dan Murphy’s Bar and joining Frank McGonigle (Walk Leader) and those coming from Kenmare at Molls Gap at 10:30am. From here the group will travel on to Kate Kearney’s Cottage for this week’s B-walk.
The Gap of Dunloe to Strickeen Mountain offers a breathtaking walk through Ireland’s stunning scenery. We’ll begin on the road to the picturesque Gap, branching off before reaching the lakes.
The trail zigzags its way up Strickeen, rewarding hikers with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The summit offers a spectacular vista of the Kerry landscape, including the Ring of Kerry and the MacGillycuddy Reeks.
