  • Well-soled waterproof walking boots, comfortable outdoor clothes with extra warm layers in a backback with sufficient water, food and/or snacks.

Description

Strenuous walk over broken, uneven ground, tarcks and pathways. Initial climb to top of Knocknagantee 676m

This part of the walk is on a broken / uneven pathway. Continue over broken ground to viiew surrounding countryside and waterfall. Descend over steep ground to meet pathway before to return to starting point.

Meeting point for these walks (unless otherwise noted) is outside Dan Murphy’s Bar in Sneem at 10AM. Please ensure that you are registered on the Sneem Walking Club’s Whatsapp Group for updates. Please note that dogs are not allowed on our walks, as we walk on privately owned land with the kind permission of the owners / farmers.
