Walkers can expect open mountainside, long grass, broken ground, exposed heights and extended periods of ascents.

Requirements

Well-soled waterproof walking boots, comfortable outdoor clothes with extra warm layers in a backback with sufficient water, food and/or snacks.

Description

Amazing walk traversing across the lower slopes of the Sneem Dunkerron Mountains, visiting Lough Coomeen, Coomnacronia and Eagles Lake.
